Large swelling in the left maxilla

12 y/o female presented with a large swelling in the left maxilla. It involved teeth 11-15 and the maxillary sinus. The lesion was of unknown duration and was 2 x 4 cm in size. The soft tissue overlying the lesion was reddish in color and the swelling was both buccal and palatal. Teeth 12-14 were mobile. The CT scan showed the tumor to have infiltrated the roots of the left maxillary permanent dentition. What do you say?

Provisional diagnosis could be an Inflammatory Odontogenic Cyst. Radiological D/D:- 1.AOT 2.Dentigerous Cyst 3.Radicular Cyst 4.Unicystic Ameloblastoma 5.COC 6.CEOT Investigation:- FNAC followed by Enucleation of cystic lesion.
D/D- unilocular ameloblastoma, OKC, CEOT, Central giant cell granuloma, central ossifying fibrous, CA of antral linning.Adv histopath examination.
