50yr female wth dyspnea, WBC COUNT 11800CELLS/CUMM, GENERALISED TIRDENESS / FATIGABILITY.ECG NORMAL.KINDLY GIVE US YOUR OPINION AFTER SEEING THE XRAY
Both lungfields are clear. Cardiac shadow is WNL.
CXR normal, check Glycemic status, look for Urinary symptoms / UTI, exclude Hypothyroidism.
Cxr wnl may be that bronchospasm is there Other findings in history and physical exam are important
scan is normal; hemoglobin ? TSH ?
