50yrs/M, Farmar, These kind of darkened painful lesions, with mild itching for last 2yrs, on n off--- He has no other problem--- Dx N Rx.

Irritant contact dermatitis. Since he is farmer it is likely to be due to insecticides or pesticides or due to handling of manures . Rx. Avoid using the irritant contact if known or suspected. Steroid cream application topically three times a day Liberal use of moisturisers and emollients for dryness. If possible change the profession

Palmar Psoriasis.... Psoriasis may be localised to the palms and soles or part of generalised plaque psoriasis. Two common patterns are observed: 1.Well-circumscribed, red, scaly, plaques similar to psoriasis elsewhere 2.Patchy or generalised thickening and scaling of the entire surface of palms and/or soles without redness (an acquired keratoderma)
