Case of mid lad coronary bridging with stable angina

51 year old male with recent weight gain(5kg in a month) 85 kg.height 170 cm.presented with pain in left arm on 400 mtr walk.total cholesterol 235 and triglyrides above 300.non alcoholic,nondiabetiec.mild hypothyroidism.BP 148/88 .on tmt st depression -1.25 on 2 minute exersion.on angiography mid lad coronary bridging.please suggest treatment options.

Although Myocardial bridging of coronaries is benign condition but it is rare cause of angina in otherwise normal patients.Generally asymptomatic but some time it leads to many complications like MI,Arrythmia and sudden death.
