51 yrmale patient having complaint of pain in knee and leg.tingling sensation in leg.since 2 yrs. No any history i.e diabeties and hypersensitivity Taken treatment of allopathic., But no relief. Operated one time but again no any relief . Personal history - appetite normal Thirst normal Desire and aversion not specified Stool normal Urine normal On examination - local -no tenderness Bp-130/80 PR - 76 Spo2 - 98% Mental history- worried about complaint Apprehensive Lack of confidence Get irritate easily . General modalities - aggravated- long Standing,work. Ameliorate - lying down Taking rest. External application.

Initially any aged patient came with leg pain inspect whether varicose veins present or not . Tredenlerbergh test done for any perforator incompetence . Homans sign positive mostly dvt secondary by varicose veins . Doppler duplex scan lower limbs. Hba1c. Occupation long standing or not. Advice tredenlerbergh position during sleep. Advice Compress shocks. If not dvt ,only varicose veins present by Doppler duplex scan- advice vajrasana. Whether any ulcer in leg or not inspection.
