To me, it appears due to idiopathic myositis ossificans ant. to lower end of humerus, as it is painless, non progressive with complaint of stiffness only. Any inflammatory arthritis condition should be painful and progressive.

Radial and distal humeral osteophytes...impingement...early arthritic changes...probably RA....work up including mri ....physiotherapy,ROME...medical treatment......Open or arthroscopic evaluation ,joint debridement.....prolonged rehabilitation.....later may end up in arthrodesis or TER,if symptomatic

Myositis ossificans...post trauma...did the patient massage it locally??

FRACTURE LATERAL CONDYLE . NEED K WIRE FIXATION
