Lymphadema? Filariasis? Myxodema?
Elephantiasis may be FILARIASIS.
Stasis oedema Varicose veins
Looks like lymphedema
Lymphedema
One should not forget the drug induced causes of lymphedema. As the patient is on hypertensive, the offending drug must be figured out, Patient's detailed history over type of pain, if associated should be noted and clinical tests for Varicose veins must be elicited. If pressure banding is helping out along with leg elevation, it would gradually subside.
