80y, M, chronic alcoholic, presented with these symptoms large lobulated hard mass at angle of mandible and soft palpable mass in left hypochondrium region. both masses appeared 8 to 9 yrs before and kept on increasing in size. pt says he is assymptomatic so never visited hospital and preferred to drink in case any pain is felt by him. he is not intrested in any treatment and never had any x ray or any investigation done for masses. possible diagnosis of masses or differencial diagnosis??

swelling in upper limb since birth..increasing with numbness in Palm region...65 years old female came to opd.... diagnosis ? management? particular care ? local examination... soft to form in consistency ,distal pulsation normal ,skin is free from swelling,... usg is showing no any collection or cystic changes....Doppler was normal...possibility of LIPOMA AS PER RADIOLOGICAL FINDINGS.... clinically it's also fit in lipoma.... so under block(anesthesia) I had operated it ...ulner artery was engulfed within lipoma tissue ..which was separated by blunt and sharp dissection.... excessive skin removed and wound apposed.... negative suction drain was kept for 2 days....and pt discharged....after 10 days all stitches removed....thank u all...
