52 years male Complaining painful vesicular swelling on left shoulder since 3 months . No discharge No itching Not diabetic and not hypertensive Given history of applying the chemical and tiding with hair at the base 2 days back. What is the diagnosis ? Treatment ?
Probably it is pedunculated wart to which the pt applied a tight hair and applied some unknown medicine which caused the lesion to be infected and assumed the present shape. I think it is an infected wart and it is to be excised under antibiotics cover and send for the biopsy to confirm the diagnosis.
? INFECTIVE GRANULOMA.. ? MALIGNANCY.. * HPE STUDY..
Its a case of hemangioma.
Considering short history malignancy should be kept first in mind. Wide excision and send for HPE
Hemangioma
Infective granuloma or granuloma piogenicum is most probable one , excision under LA and HPE would clinch the diagnosis.
Looking malignant, biopsy required.
Infective granuloma Granuloma puogenicum Malignancy biopsy Surgical removal
inv. required
Squamous Cell Carcinoma? Need Biopsy to confirm.
