52 yr/male, left sided neck swelling (1.5*1 cm )..Clinical diagnosis? Lipoma. Diagnosis??

Patient was relatively asymptomatic, swelling was as if like a dermoid cyst , increasing in size; surgeon had directly done excision without any further investigation considering it as if cyst/ lipoma. Received specimen: not skin covered,grossly well circumscribed, on cut section-nodular, solid grey white in appearance, no areas of haemorrhage or necrosis. Diagnosis : pending..will update soon

Neoplastic Lesion.DDs :Adnexal Tumor-*Clear Cell Hidradenoma.*Carotid Body Tumor/ Paraganglioma. *RCC mets. Advised IHC.

Any history of pulsatile swelling??? Here round to oval cells. nesting pattern and separated by thin vascular septa... Paraganglioma??

Diagnosed as Nodular Hidradenoma...
