Could be periarthritis

Acromioclavicular joint arthritis , Radio dense shadow in head of humerus needs evaluation with MRI .

Acromioclavicular joint OA Reduced subacromial space Radiodense lesion in proximal humerus at this age need evaluation MRI will help

Dense lesion in head of humerus at intertrochentric area is hyperplegia May be chondrosarcoma
