I got a 36yr old female,non diabetic with c/o RE,Pain and swelling for 1day. no H/o insect bite. O/E RE: Reg nodes not palpable Periorbital edema+ Lower lid edema+ Multiple pustular leisions seen below lower lid (pl zoom & see for the pustular leisions) I have started on oral amoxy clav, antiinflammatories with serratiopeptidase and topical mupirocin ointment.
