55 years female itching and burning lesions on forehead around both eyes and oozing present diagnosis and treatment?

Good answers Doctors. It's simple BINDHI DERMATITIS. She is applying Vibhudhi and kumkum daily on her forehead since 10 years. Now she develops CHRONIC IRRITANT CONTACT DERMATITIS. TREATMENT: 1) stop applying the vibhudhi on forehead. 2) intralesional steroid on forehead area by using DERMOJET weekly once, 3) momentasome and fusidic acid on forehead night time. 4) morning use Alium septa, vit E and aloevera cream. 5) short course of antibiotics Ofloxacin 200 mg bid for 3 days. 6) Avoid sun exposure Will give good response.

Dx :- Eczema on eyelids , around the eyes and forehead. These lesions are common due to the fact that the eyelids do not have active oil glands compared to other parts of the body. When eczema affects the eyelids, It causes inflamed eyelids that may have rashes and become very sore. D / D :- Causes of Itchy Eyes. Most of the time, itchy eyes are caused by some type of allergy. An irritating substance (called an allergen) such as pollen, dust and animal dander causes the release of compounds called histamines in the tissues around the eyes, which results in itching, redness and swelling. Rx :- 1 ) Repeated Saline wash. 2 ) Cold compress. A cold compress on the itchy eyelids and eyelashes can help with an instant relief. This is a good way of substituting that rubbing urge. 3 ) Toleriane cleanser This is a face cleanser basically used while treating the itchy eyelids and leashes due to its gentle response for sensitive skin. It washes the skin and gets rid of the makeup, oil and dirt particles do avoid further infections. 4 ) Moisturizers, soaps and shampoos. 5 ) Eye check up by Ophthalmologist. A course of antibiotic ointments, creams or eye drops and steroid or antivirals eyedrops, if necessary, will be prescribed by the Ophthalmologist. 6 ) Make sure to keep the eye area clean and hygienic. 7 ) Dermatologist ideally help the patient by prescribing creams or medication to help the patient to deal with the itchiness, depending on the cause, of course .
