Vesicular fluid filled eruptions are seen of herpes zoster alias opthalmicus Lesions first seen on Lt forehead and spreaded down in periorbital lt maxillary area Simultaneously seen is parotid swellin on Lt parotid area Hence this case is of conjoint virus need e HzV and mumps Rx tab acyclovir 800mg 5times /day for 7days Tab azithral 500mg od Tab zerodol tds Tab Gabapentin nortryptiline25mg1od at bedtime Locally acyclovir gel frequently Xylocaine jelly for instant relief Tab neurobion forte od Review after one week

Herpes zoster. Herpes zoster ophthalmicus.

Unilateral ,Vehicular lesion involving skin over the distribution of ophthalmic division of Trigeminal nerve .is suggestive of Herpes Zoster opthalmicus . Diminished vision in Lt eye suggests corneal involvement. Immediate referral to an ophthalmologist is necessary .

Segmental involvement of supraorbital region suggest Herpes Zoster ophthalmicus Herpes zoster is clinical syndromes associated with the reactivation of latent varicella-zoster virus, in this case it affects ophthalmic division of trigeminal nerve Adv T. Acyclovir 800 mg one tablet five times a day for 7 days
