Supra condylar humerous fracture

10 yr male 1 hour back history of fall on flexed elbow or elbow tip of right elbow. complaint of pain in distal aspect of arm with mild swelling around elbow pulsation present no neurovascular deficits line of management ?

Supracondylar fracture Rt humerus close reduction and above elbow cast for 21 days follow up xray after that

just closed reduction with above elbow pop slab application as I shown in comments
Just above elbow slab followed by cast application
Go for surgical intervention
