A large incisional hernia after Rt hepatectomy for Cholangiocarcinoma

56 years old female diagnosed as cholangiocarcinoma in feb.2019 for which right hepatectomy and radical surgery was done . PET scan done after 1 years was normal Now she presents with a large incisional hernia from the operative site Opinions welcomed

A large incisional hernia . Repairing such a hernia a tough job . There is a possibility of compartment syndrome..Care needs to be taken during Surgery . A large sized mesh is indicated in such a case

Surgical Hernia After assessment and evaluation of vitals etc surgical intervention required to repair it.till Conservative treatment with abdominal support.
