X-ray shoulder: Rockwood grade 2 AC joint dislocation, ? Scapular neck fracture, needs clinical correlation Both can be managed conservatively with Arm pouch, rest and analgesics X-ray knee : Reduction in joint space, osteophytes+ Manage with Analgesic, calcium and vitamin D supplements If swelling+ then advise Icepack application, rest, limb elevation, knee brace MRI may be required to rule out ligaments injury if signs of laxity are present

Osteoporotic changes seen otherwise normal study

Xray shoulder appears to be WNL
