57 f presented with cough dyspnea wheezing since a week. now bil crepts heard. cbc bsl crat are normal. History of old resp infection 35 yrs ago. received 1yrs medical management.

Old healed tubercular lesions with fibrosis,and presently added on infection,more prominent on lt side.A course of levofloxacin with bronchodilators ,oxygen and nebulization for a week might resolve .If no improvement further investigations may be considered..
