Ask for history of DM/ HTN. Do FBSL , PPBSL, HbA1c, urine routine and c/s. Polyurea may be becoz of BHP as he may be passing small amt ouf urine. Do blood c/s. Pt may require hemodialysis. Nephrology opinion

Patient is going into renal failure. As RFT elevated and also hyperkalemia. Search for cause. It could be reflux nephropathy die to bph or could be any other cause also

CKD with Hypercalcemia with hyperuricemia with BPH. Frequency of urine increased because of BPH or may be of sudden change of medicine for hypertension
