What are differentials?

A 9-year-old healthy boy with no complaint denies itching. His mother notice rashes for 1 day. No fever, never had it before, no illness. Other physical exam is benign. What are the differentials and best treatment?

* Tinea Capitis ** LP Terbinafine 3- 6 mg mg od Keto soap shampoo and lotion locally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply lulliconazole mupriocin oint locally bd. Multivitamin and antioxidants orally. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude till reports complied above treatment .
