58 yo female with an itchy and painful submammary rash developed 3 weeks before presentation on the left side and progressed to the right submammary region 5 days before presentation. At first no papules were present, treatment for supposed intertrigo with zincoxide was initiated by the patients family physician but no improvement was noted in the subsequent days. Papules first appeared 14 days ago. History was unremarkable for fever, night sweats, weight loss. No other family members had similar complaints. The patient lives on a farm and has daily contact with cattle. What is the diagnosis and treatment recommendation?
