It's subconjunctival haemorrhage Just tears eye drops 5times/day Tab.vitc 500mgBD Tab.diclofenac BD REVIEW AFTER 2WEEKS

Trauma s/c hg examine any scleral injury, and fundus As this is traumatic use Moxflox drops for any possible infection.S/c hg with iris clear in 10 days

There is a raised spot within the subconjunctival haemorrhage with pain my advice Use both topical broad spectrum antibiotic and NSAID drops and wait at least 2 weeks for disappearance of haemorrhage
