A 25 yrs old male had this lesion since birth.. Dx n Rx

20 days history . Bleeds on touch . Give ur differentials & appropriate line of management ?

A 23 year old female presented to the general surgery OPD with the chief complaints of gradually progressing swelling on right cheek which was present from the age of 3 months. and a swelling on the tongue and floor of the mouth. image 1,2 : It is a soft, well defined cystic swelling extending from below the ear to above the clavicle of size 35×30 cm and irregular surface with a bluish hue over the skin. it is compressible and non- reducible . image 3,4 : there are cystic swelling seen over the anterior and posterior aspects of the tongue and on the floor of the mouth. the swellings are reddish and bluish discoloured. what is the probable diagnosis ? what investigations you will like to order for?

1year 6month child with painless swelling since birth can I know the diagnosis and management
