59yrs/M operated on 14/09/2020.. Anteriolateral decompression done at D7-D8 level, biopsy done, taken ATT for 1 month before operation Chief Complaints Loss of Power of B/L.. LL- 0/5, sensation intact, loss of appetite, chest pain at the site of of B/L costophrenic angle, pt. Is catheterized, bowel disturbed, black stool (complaints from today)
