Squamous cell carcinoma

Patient complains of painless non-healing ulcer in right lower back teeth region since 1 month. History dates back 6-7 months when patient noticed mild swelling in right inner side of cheek region for which patient visited general physician where he got medication & didn’t got any relief but patient keep taking medication.Then, 1 month back patient noticed ulcero-proliferative growth in right inner side of cheek region which was painless, gradual in onset, gradually increased in size to attain the present along with the stiffness of right cheek History of Presenting illness :- After 15 days extra-oral swelling appear which initially increased and gets reduced by taking medicine after consulting dentist in fazilka. There was no history of trauma, pain, fever or similar swelling elsewhere in the body. No H/O paresthesia , dysphagia & any pus discharge. H/o limitation of mouth opening along with recent weight loss. H/O excessive salivation since 2.5 months leading to drooling of saliva sometimes blood tinted. H/O mild to moderate bleeding from the lesion while brushing, chewing and sometimes on spitting.
