Only single cut available.Shows abnormal confluent hyperintensity in the white matter with prominent callosum involvement in a butterfly distribution. Metachomatic lrukodystrophy DD: periventricular leukomalacia/ Krabb's disease/TORCH ( white matter hyperintensity secondary to demyelination and gliosis)/ Pseudo TORCH
Neurofibromatosis with SEN(subependymal nodules).please see for cortical dysplasia in this pt as a cause of seizures.
