5yr old boy presented with lymphaxioma of scrotum developed last year some physicians suggested surgery any opinion for this case.

Lymphangioma rarest rare case. USG to be done followed by surgical excision of the Lymhangioma along with skin only otherwise recurrence.

Congenital Scrotal lymphangioma Rarely seen To be differentiated from teratomas In this case most probably HP diagnosis already done. Complete excision is the only treatment to avoid recurrences. USG of Contralateral side of scrotum inguinale region and perineum shd always be done to rule out extension

Lymphangioma of scrotum is one of the rarest sites .This case should be presented in a journal. Ultrasound will be diagnostic. Surgical excision of the lymphangioma along with the skin is only option otherwise recurrence is common

You can give tab hetrzan 50 mg bd for 15 days then see response if bettercan rpt hetrazan if no response then surgery is only choice

Lymphangioma of scrotum very rare congenital disorder. To do USG scrotum Yes need to be operated- excision of lymphatic cysts and biopsy must. Reoccurrence ll b thr in very rare cases.
