DD 1 Albinism 2 Aniridia 3 corneal dystrophy 4 Vernal keratoconjunctivitis 5 Anterior uveitis 6 Trachoma (chronic) 7 Blepharoconjunctivitis 8 chronic dacrocystitis

Must be an ocular Albinism

Ocular albinism

I am inclined to ask about history of itching again. It could be VKC. Was help never sought from an Ophthalmologist? Punctate defects could cause photophobia.

VKC, AKC, Vitamin A defficiency associated xerosis, chronic recurrent adenoviral conjunctivitis are possibilities. An ophthalmological consultation is needed

Vernal keratoconjunctivitis. Rx : Steroid with antibiotics e/drops frequently .

Ropy conjunctival discharge accompanied by itching itching points toward VKC
