A 75 year old male patient suffering from itching and peeling of skin from childhood. He came to clinic for pain & stiffness in the hand. He has this kind of presentation in legs. According to him he said he had psoriasis in the legs which aggravated and he had to go for surgery after that and has this kind of presentation. The patient is diabetic and is under allopathic medication. No H/O hypertension and not under any other medications. Mental orientation is good but with much difficult could get this much of history. He was mainly concerned with pain in his hands and in his calf region.
