5yrs girl having itching on perianal area since 1.5years,,get relief when takes med but reappear.taken med from many dermatologist. parents states that biopsy was done by dermatologist which was normal (as their Dr explained to them but they don't have report)

this pic is of anus of 2.5 year old boy.. symptoms are constipation, anorexia, itching in anus and discomfort... stools are too hard like a stone... please mention diagnose and treatment

This is the stool sample received from 8 months female. Stool gross appearance is yellowish in color with black thread like worms?? They are not motile. Plz give your opinion
