A case of 4 month old child -delayed milestones, microcephaly, craniosynostosis due to premature fusion of sutures. mng

12/m p/w headache , b/l ptosis and binocular diplopia since 8 months insidious onset gradually progressive no h/o fever , cough, d/d management

1yr10m old baby, perfectly healthy till 4 days ago when she developed fever; Almost continuous ranging from 100- 101°F, developed rt upper limb myoclonic jerks intermittently.on the 3rd day of fever developed generalised recurrent episode of generalised fits.Despite iv midaz the seizures were uncontrolled & hence transferred. Baby was intubated & ventilated getting brief duration GTCS wiyh intermittent myoclonic jerks.Exam showed spasticity both lower limbs with bilateral pyramidal signs.All blood work including vasculitis screening, autoimmune disease work up, CSf analysis including autoimmune encephalitis ,blood & urine for leukodysyrophy etc were -ve. MRI encloded. kindly give yr opinion

10month old male child with h/o bulging of anterior fontanelle noted for last 10days after the baby has got ritual head shave..h/o occasional excessive cry +..no h/o fever .. developmentally normal child..accepting feed s well..pupils nsrl..tone n power normal..hc 41cm..af tense bulge n pulsatile..antenatal n natal history uneventful..post.font closed..wt 7kg..kindly discuss the approach..h/o bil inguinal hernia noticed 6mons back

A boy presenting with persisting complete speech arrest, left sided weakness and dystonic posturing of left hand for 1 month, after a febrile illness of 1 day only and single episode of GTCS... Correlate the images...CT, T2MRI and MR Angio available at present...
