6 year old falls at school. PT arrives to ER with obvious deformity of L wrist. As expected, fx to radius, but patient complains of significant pain in the elbow. Elbow is grossly swollen after further examination. Radiologist did not report a secondary fx or injury to elbow. Does anyone see an obvious finding other than the one reported?
