Tlc.. does not look like 28k... on pbs Repeat tlc manually. Occasional atypical mononuclear noted... with notched convoluted nucleus... coarse chromatin. Mild anisopoikilocytosis..spherocytes.. mostly microsphero.... acanthocytes... bite cells... punctate basophilia. Plt. Adequate G 6pd deficiency... Haemolytic anaemia. Sug. Clinical correlation Hplc Heinz body prep

Normocytic normochromic anemia, fragmented and crenated rbcs seen.. May be due to hemolysis
