REPEAT BLOOD CBC MP TYPHIDOT/WIDAL DENGUE TEST URINE ROUTINE Meanwhile treat AS a case of.. Hyperpyrexia with URTI.. Appropriate antibiotics with antipyretic.. Symptomatic treatment.. Viral fever with Thrombocytopenia. D/D. 1.Dengue fever. 2.Typhoid Fever. 3.Chickongunia.

Adv. Blood culture, urine examination, Widal,x-ray chest. Dengue serology. Admit pt. Give parenteral antibiotics, antipyretic, expectorant, nebulization.

Lecopenia with thrombocytopenia. Two cell lines depressed. Repeat CBC if same think for Bone marrow exami . Otherwise go widely and Typhidot M and clinical exam again revise diagnosis.

Do urine examination and widal test and dengue antigen ig M Hospitalization need Treat symptomatically

Dengue (thrombocytopenia, leucopenia) Typhoid Dengue NS1, IgG,IgM, widal to be done

Is fever intermittent in nature? If yes then Dengue suspected..as nowadays Dengue is noticed with enteric fever..we need to treat the pt with 2 types of antibiotics..if indoor choice should be one injectable and another 1 oral antibiotic... nevertheless depending on the type of fever-continuous or intermittent

Start iv fluids ,inj.antibiotics ,start antimalaria drugs

Do salmonella titer to check typhoid as there is leukopenia ask proper history of fever is continuous or intermittent auscultation finding?

Change antibiotic to cefaxime. Levocetrizine with montelukast. Antipyretic. It is viral fever.
