60/F, c/o unilateral non pitting edema on left leg for past 4 days. Today she feels mild tenderness. No other complaints, no other comorbidities.

Unilateral nonpitting oedema leg not a/w pain or fever or any sign of inflammation and stasis My advice first go for colour doppler study to r/o DVT and lymphoedema
