Since T2DM in this case is uncontrollable ,neovascularisation is moderate, peri fundal oedoema is considerable, macula is hazy, there is every possibility of retinal detachement in one eye or both eyesNot all the ten layers of retina are visualised in the high resolution spectroscopic image of retina,it is infered that this case of DR is irreversible. The only consolation in this case is the abscence of cotton wool exudate in the second picture which may be bleeding point and which may need LPC procedure to preserve vision to some extent.I am amenable for correction for in-consistency in this if pointed out by any qualified ophtholmlogist.

Diabetic macular oedema in right fundus and perhaps vitreous haemorrhage causing blurring of left fundus image. Ultrasonography of vitreous is essential . Visual prognosis appears to be unsatisfactory , but drastic control of blood sugar level is most essential step.

It looks like vitritis coz the whole fundus is blurred. Or it can be a cataract that is making the image blurred
