12/m p/w headache , b/l ptosis and binocular diplopia since 8 months insidious onset gradually progressive no h/o fever , cough, d/d management

New Case child of 15y/m c/o severe headache no h/o of type 1 or 2 dm or htn headaches have increased past three months current medication on Naproxen 125 mg suspension sos MRI attached, CEMRI requested by current neurologist, they are coming to my hospital tomorrow for second opinion. no further details available DX and management please?

Female 55 yr,kn hypertension takes irregular treatment ,amloatenolol and telmi h 40,developed sudden onset lt facial weakness and lt hemiplegia these are her MRI images,

12 y/o WF with 2 mo hx of increasing headache and upper cervical pain, recent disequilibrium, double vision, and slowing speech. Family hx of father dying of brain tumor at age 25. Abnormal gait falling to the right seen nd Minimal 1mm pupil asymmetry. MR images are given. Comment on the case.
