ECG shows rSr' pattern in lead V1, QRS duration not exceeding 3 mm (120ms) l, therefore incomplete RBBB pattern Incomplete RBBB is insignificant pattern and it is not the cause of giddiness Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is commonest cause of giddiness Other causes such as medicines for hypertension, hypertension itself, cervical spondylosis, carotid stenosis, lacunar infarction need to be ruled out
