Strawberry scrotum....i&d/needle puncturing and release of sebum if large and troubling

Lymphagiectasia

Could be lymphangioma circumscriptum. I appreciate few clusters of small vesicles. You may do a biopsy. And you may prescribe immiquimod application under occlusion for 4 to 6 weeks.

Lymphangioma circumsciptum

Dr Chandra It's lymphangioma circumscripta of scrotum. It is characterised by small grouped vesicles resembling frog spawn(eggs) . The lesions start as asymptomatic vesicles which progress very slowly over the years. Spontaneous rupture of some vesicles release white milky fluid which can cause dripping and staining undergarments. Always rule out FILARIASIS if Scrotum . Confirm with biopsy Treatment Co2 laser ablation. Pulse dye laser Surgical excision.

It's a very rare presentation, if biopsy confirmed... It's worth a journal article.

DD. Pilar cysts. Sebaceous cysts.

Might be Idiopathic scrotal calcinosis! But whether it extends to the shaft?

Dx- Lymphagiectasia- It is acquired permanent dilatation of lymphatic capillaries secondary to obstruction or destruction of lymphatic drainage after surgery or radiotherapy.
