62yrs/M met with an accident today in a high impact car vs bike collision.At the time of the accident, he had no head support and was not wearing a helmet, presented to casualty with GCS 4/15 and pupils were B/l 2mm NRTL,BP - 140/90,PR -48/mt.INTERPRET CT BRAIN FINDINGS AND DISCUSS PROGNOSIS??

Traumatic SAH ,blood in the 4th ventricle , mesenxephalic cistern , periaquductal area,and blood in the posterior inter hemispheric fissure with early hydrocephalus. Major traumatic head injury. Needs active supportive nanagement. Neurosurgical documentation. Prognosis : poor at this stage
