Sinus rhythm,t wave inversion in v1to v6.anteriolateral ischeamia.d/d wellens pattern. Needed cardiac enzymes,ECHO. USG W/A, urine routine,BSR,LFT,KFT, Lipid profile,TFT, Sr electrolyt, CBC,etc

IRBBB Anteriolateral ischemia Advise Echo. Pt is in Failure

St the depression with T inversion so do echo cxr and if lv dysfunction than start iv frusemide u have not mentioned BP if BP is low than start dopamine or dobucin acc to echo findings send RFT also for decreased urine output

ECG- Anterior wall ischemia Low voltage complexes - poor LV function - to rule out associated hypothyroidism and pericardial effusion by doing Echo. Anasarca ...usually described with renal disorders ..please do renal function tests, serum proteins- albumin, urinalysis. Treatment to enhance cardiac function and to decrease volume overload.
