60yr/F pt c/0 abdomen pain vomiting since 2 day, NoHTN DM history, Usg report show Gb stone suggest t/t /surgery / diet plan ,your opinion please

Lft is normal and CBD is clear according to USg.Do amylase and lipase to rule out pancreatitis..if normal then plan lap/open cholecystectomy.
