Tuberculoma leading to hydrocephalus

60yr old Pt had history of atxia, slurred speech, double vision over few months. Came with difficulty in breathing and swallowing.mri done. admitted and deteriorated. Only contrast images avilable. Cause & diagnosis.

EVD was done as an emergency procedure and patient taken for definitive surgery. suboccipital midline craniotomy with excision of SOL was done and CSF flow was established. pathology showed it to be a granulomatous lesion, most probably tuberculoma
