Rt Mid zonal soft infiltrations seen. Perihilar opacification seen. Left sided destroyed lung and volume loss with fibrobronchiectatic changes noted. mediastinal pull towards left. Possibly Koch's sequelae with relapse.
Fibronodular infiltrates lt paratracheal mid zone and lt hilar region Fibronodular lesion on rt hilar mid zone Lt basal zone is hazy Pulmonary tuberculosis
