C/O : Unilateral headache, Diagnosis?

26-year-old male parented to urgent care with 2/7 hx of unilateral headache. C/O neck soreness, pain, and nausea, new cough starting 3 days prior. Observations normal, no focal neurology - thought to be migraine initially but did not settle with usual remedies.What is your opinion?
