what is the whitish lesion into mouth on inner cheek?

62yrs/ F has whitish lesion on RT side inner cheek into mouth behind RT upper molar. Pain. Stomatitis before some days. Pl suj DX RX.

Leukoplakia.. It has a number of possible causes, including repeated injury or irritation. It can also be a sign of precancerous changes in the mouth or mouth cancer.. Oral Linchen Planus. Kenacort dental cream application. B Complex Z./ Multivitamin.. Review after 15 days and proceed for HPE.

The picture is not very clear though but it seems to be an oral precancerous lesion..most probably leukoplakia or lichen planus..Advise for an oral biopsy by a Dental surgeon to confirm

Likely leukoplakia. Smoking is the most common cause. But other irritants can cause this condition as well. Mild leukoplakia is usually harmless and often goes away on its own.
