Dr. Kute Ankush Senile purpura appears slightly Purplish reddish hue. Following trauma faster onset. Appears as a patch and does not expand. Seborrheic Keratosis is brownish to black in colour starts small and gradually increases in size. It will be scallywags on close examination. Dermascopy is a useful tool to differentiate.
