Day 1 ASYMPTOMATIC baby with 5mm Os ASD and 3.6 mm SUB AORTIC VSD . Will it close itself or surgical intervention needed ??

Double conenital defects ASD /VSD Need to keep observation as child grows successive 2decho study will help to take surgical step We can wait if shunt is reversed
Observation . Look for CCF, difficulties in feeding , in which case Cardiologist opinion needed Likely the ASD and VSD will close spontaneously.
Keep strict observation and let nature to heal by itself. If untoward symptoms apear, keep informed paediatric cardiac surgeon to take decision

Both are small hole as definition pt asymptomatic we must wait for natural recovery
