Changes of COPD emphysema seen. Aortic knuckle calcification seen. Treat with ICS LABA LAMA combination. Evaluate and treat for secondary infection. May need methylxanthines.

It appears to suggest COPD, emphysema but needs to exclude pneumonitis RLL Also there is suggestive pic of calcified AoA and borderline cardiomegaly which warrants cardiac evaluation as well with BP, EKG, echo study along with routine CBC, LIPIDS etc
