Loss of cervical lordosis. Osteophytes present at C5C6. Cervical spondylosis.

Cervical spondylosis with muscle spasm and radiculitis Adv NSAIDs Muscle relaxants Short course of steroids. Rule out prolapsed cervical disc with MRI. Cervical traction Cervical collar. Gabapentine Vitamin b12

Degenerative changes at C3-4 level seen. Seems to be spondylosis . But MRI needed to rule out any chronic disease like tuberculosis. Along with cbc. RFT. KFT. Anticcp. Cervical collor. Isometric physiotherapy& muscle relaxant. Calcium are needed.
